Individual Counseling
I provide one-on-one therapy for women healing from complex or childhood trauma, relational wounds, and the effects of chronic stress or emotional pain.
What do individual sessions look like?
Our sessions focus on helping you move from survival to healing by rebuilding trust, identity, and wholeness at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and compassionate, drawing on methods like EMDR, somatic awareness, and attachment work.
For clients who desire it, faith integration can be woven into the process to support healing of mind, body, and spirit. Whether you prefer a clinical or faith-sensitive approach, therapy at New Song Counseling offers a safe, restorative space for lasting change.

Group Therapy and Support Groups
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Group therapy at New Song Counseling offers a safe, compassionate space for women to connect with others who understand the impact of trauma and the courage it takes to heal.
6 Week Trauma Recovery Group
A safe, supportive space for women to begin healing from trauma, learn grounding tools, and reconnect with hope—guided by trauma-informed care and optional faith integration.

Caregiving Parents Support Group
A free, supportive space for parents caring for children with complex medical and/or special needs. Parenting in this role can be both deeply meaningful and incredibly demanding, often leaving little time or space for your own support. This small group offers an opportunity to connect with other parents who understand the realities of caregiving, share experiences if you’d like, and receive encouragement from a community that gets it. Each meeting includes time for open conversation as well as simple ideas for managing stress and caregiver fatigue.
