Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges to clients who are not using insurance or who are choosing to self-pay.
You have the right to receive an estimate of the total expected cost of services before beginning care.
What This Estimate Includes
The Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated costs of:
- Individual therapy sessions
Group therapy services
Any other services provided by New Song Counseling - This estimate is based on the information known at the time and may change depending on your needs or treatment plan.
Typical Fees
Initial Assessment: $180
Individual Therapy Session: $150 per session
Group Therapy: $420 for full program
The total cost of services will depend on the number and frequency of sessions.

You will be informed of any changes to your treatment plan or fees.
Dispute Rights
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
