Jessica Davis, LISW
I’m Jessica Davis, a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed care to adults navigating trauma. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and somatic approaches to provide holistic, trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s needs. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and honors each person's unique story, values, and beliefs. For those who desire it, faith integration is available.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with women who have experienced complex trauma, including childhood trauma, relational wounds, challenges of self-worth, or long-term emotional abuse. Most clients I serve are ready to move beyond survival mode and develop a healthier, more confident way of navigating their lives.
I offer six-week trauma recovery programs designed to foster community and connection.
As a parent of a child with complex medial needs, I lead a support group that helps overwhelmed caregiving parents connect with others, share experiences, and develop some strategies for overcoming caregiver fatigue.
My Approach
Healing from trauma takes courage, and I walk alongside each client every step of the way. I use trauma-informed techniques, including EMDR, TF-CBT, somatic techniques, and attachment-informed therapy that help process difficult experiences safely and effectively. My work is collaborative: together, we identify goals, explore coping strategies, and build the skills needed to restore wholeness.
For clients who want faith integrated into therapy, we may incorporate spiritual practices, prayer, or reflection in a way that is safe, respectful, and empowering. For those who prefer a secular approach, therapy remains fully grounded in evidence-based practices.
Why Work With Me?
Healing from trauma is courageous, and it’s not something you need to face alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where women can process difficult experiences, rebuild trust, and reclaim their sense of self.
You don’t have to navigate trauma alone.
