Finding Your Song Again: Six Week Trauma Recovery Group
This 6-week small group experience is designed to help women begin the journey from surviving to healing. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll connect with others who understand the effects of trauma while learning practical tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and self-compassion.
Each week combines education, guided reflection, and experiential exercises that foster safety, connection, and resilience. Themes include understanding the impact of trauma, rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, and nurturing your sense of identity and worth.
The group is led from a trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based approach. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, community, or a first step toward deeper individual work, this group offers a place to be seen, supported, and strengthened.
